It would be wrong to say solar water heaters aren't as good as solar panels – they're just more limited in their usage options – but it would also be wrong to say solar panels are the only solar technology worth considering.

There are a number of solar technologies out there and solar panels can help generate solar power for your home or business, but actually all solar technologies actually lead to a more efficient way of generating solar power.
