Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the Site, or the deployment of any tracking technologies, scripts, or pixels on the Site, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its commercial arbitration rules.

Governing Law and Venue: These Terms, and any dispute arising hereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any arbitration held pursuant to these Terms shall take place in Riverside County, California.
4. CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER
YOU AND GUYOU CONSTRUCTION AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
You expressly waive any right to maintain a class action, class arbitration, or private attorney general action in any forum. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. You also explicitly waive your right to a trial by jury.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guyou Construction, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Site.
6. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms (specifically including the Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver sections) is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
